As the situation with COVID-19 quickly evolves, it is our responsibility to care for and protect our clients, employees and their families. We are following the recommendations of the State of Nevada and the CDC and will temporarily suspend business operations at both our clinic and surgery center until April 13th, 2020. While this was a very difficult decision for us to make, we believe it is the socially responsible thing to do.
During this unprecedented and uncertain time, our mission and core values have not and will not change. We will continue the fight against obesity and offer a medical experience unlike any other. As an ever-evolving business, this gives us the opportunity to reassess our client experience, make additional improvements and offer support for those who have had surgery, and to those who are still considering it.
Our phone line will remain open, with our Care Coordinators available Monday-Friday 9am-4pm PST to answer any questions or concerns you have – or to simply speak with someone about current struggles or issues surrounding nutrition, or life in general.
